TO REGISTER

Step 1: On the bottom left corner of the home page, click on REGISTER to navigate to “USER REGISTRTION PAGE”.
Step 2 : Complete all the details required on the “user registration page”.
Step 3 : Read the terms of use for 247livemarket.com and tick the box on the page to confirm that it has been read.
Step 4 : Click on “SUBMIT” to submit your registration details. This will navigate to “PLACE AN AD” page as a confirmation that your registration has been accepted. The “welcome guest” notification on the top right corner would also change to welcome the registered user into 247livemarket.com.
Step 5 : To go back to the home page, click on 247livemarket “LOGO” or “BACK TO HOME”.

TO sign in

To sign into 247livemarket, you have to be registered first. (See steps on registration tutorial if in doubt).
Please follow these steps to sign into 247livemarket.com.

Step 1: Click on “WELCOME GUEST- SIGN IN” on the top right corner of the homepage to navigate to the “ENTER SIGN IN DETAILS” page.
Step 2: Type in EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD details as entered during registration.
Step 3: Click on “SIGN IN” to navigate to “PLACE AN AD” page. The “welcome guest” notification on the top right corner of the home page would also change to welcome the user into 247livemarket.com.

Note: If a wrong email or wrong password details are entered, it will flag up the message, “WRONG EMAIL OR PASSWORD ENTERED”. You will need to re-enter the correct details to sign in.

Forgotten password: If you have forgotten your password, click on “FORGOTTEN PASSWORD”, then re-enter your email address on the next page and submit.
You will then receive an acknowledgement message to indicate that your request (i.e forgotten password for 247livemarket) has been sent to your email address.
Log into your email to view your password.

TO SIGN OUT

To sign out of 247livemarket.com, simply click on the “sign out” button and you will be immediately signed out. To confirm “signed out”, the welcome user message on the top right hand corner of the homepage will change back to “WELCOME GUEST- SIGN IN”.

TO PLACE AN AD

Being a registered user, follow these simple steps to place an Ad on 247livemarket.com.

Step 1: Click on “PLACE AN AD” button on the homepage to navigate to the“PLACE AN AD” page (contains all the listed categories and subcategories).
Step 2: Moving your computer mouse to any category of your choice, SELECT and CLICK on the sub-categories of your choice to navigate to “ENTER DETAILS” page.
Step 3: Select your location by State and Town.
Step 4: Enter the details of your Ad ( i.e title, description etc.)

Note: To attach photos, simply click on “browse” to select the files and pictures you wish to upload. You can attach up to 6 photos.

Step 5: Prior to submission, tick Latest Ads to enable your Ad to be viewed on the latest Ad window on the homepage. Don’t tick if you don’t want this service.
Note: It is important to note that the pictorial presentation on the latest Ad window is not static, hence new Ads added will tend to appear ahead of previously placed ones.

Step 6: Click on either “SUBMIT” or “Ad PREVIEW” to preview your Ad before final publishing.

Step 7: After a satisfactory preview, simply click on “Publish this Ad” for final submission.

Note: Whilst on the “PREVIEW YOUR AD” page, should you wish to make any amendments or updates to your Ad prior to final publishing, click on “EDIT AD” to navigate to the “UPDATE Ad” page. After updating or amending your Ad, click on submit and publish respectively for final submission.

TO PLACE A REQUEST

In order to place a request, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on “PLACE A REQUEST” button to navigate to “PLACE A REQUEST NOW” page.
Step 2: Moving the computer mouse to the request bar, SELECT and CLICK on the subcategory of your choice to navigate to “ENTER DETAILS” page.

Note: Following the same steps as when placing an Ad, you should be able to successfully place your request. (To recap, see steps on PLACE AN AD).
It is also important to note that with the exception of address, cost/salary and picture browsing, all other fields on the “enter details” page must be completely filled when placing a request.

VIEW YOUR PLACED ADS

In order to view your placed Ads, you have to sign into 247livemarket.com.
Step 1: Simply click on “MY ADS” to view all your placed Ads.
Note: You can select, edit, update, re-publish or remove any of your Ads of choice.

TO SEARCH FOR AN ITEM

In order to search and view the Ads placed by other registered users, signing into 247livemarket.com is not required.
Searching for an item or items can be done in different ways:

Search via the search criteria at the top centre of the homepage: This can be done by

Step 1: Free-type your search item in the “TYPE IN YOUR SEARCH” box.
Step 2: Using the drop down button, select the category, sub-category and state of your choice.
Step 3: Click on the search to allow the search engine find your item.

Note:
The search criterion explained above can be used together to narrow your search and can also be used individually to broaden your search.

Searching via location
Step 1: Move the mouse to your chosen State under “SELECT YOUR LOCATION” on the homepage. eg. Abuja
Step 2: Using the drop down button on your chosen State, click on your chosen town. eg. Wuse.
Step 3: View the ads within your chosen town. eg. Wuse

Note: In order to view all the Ads within a state alone, simply click directly on the state of your choice.

Searching via Categories
Step 1: Choose category of your choice. eg. International
Step 2: Click on sub-category of your choice. eg. Baby products
Step 3: View all the ads within that subcategory.

Note: In order to view all the Ads within a category alone, simply click directly on the category of your choice.

TO CONTACT US

The following steps are used to contact our administrators:

Step 1: Click on “CONTACT US” on the far left corner of the homepage to navigate to “contact us” page.
Step 2: Fill in the required details on the form and submit.

Note: After submission, you will receive an acknowledgement message indicating that an administrator will be with you shortly.

TO REPORT A FAULT

Report a fault is a facility to be used by our customers to report any fault they have encountered during their usage of 247livemarket.com. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on “REPORT A FAULT” on the far right corner of the homepage to navigate to “report a fault” page.
Step 2: Simply fill the form and submit.

Note: After submission, you will receive an acknowledgement message indicating that your fault has been reported and that an administrator will be with you shortly.

TO UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS

This feature is used to make any amendments or updates to your account details at any time after registering with 247livemarket.com. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Sign into 247livemarket.com.
Step 2: Click on “MY ACCOUNTS” to navigate to “your personal accounts page”.
Step 3: Make your amendments or updates to your account.
Step 4: Click on submit button to re-submit and save your details.
